12. Description. DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC requests an extension of its grant of special temporary authority for an additional 60 days to add DIRECTV's T15 (Call Sign S2930) and T16 (Call Sign S3039) satellites as points of communication to the existing authorization for DIRECTV's Los Angeles, California earth station (Call Sign E090068) while its earth station modification application for similar authority remains pending before the Commission.

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
