Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Request for Special Temporary Authority Ellenwood, Georgia Earth Station E940532 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority (“STA”)1 for 60 days, commencing August 1, 2019, to use its Ellenwood, Georgia Ku-band earth station (Call Sign E940532) to provide telemetry, tracking, and command (“TT&C”) services for Galaxy 11 (Call Sign S2253) at its permanent location of 93.1° W.L.2 Intelsat has a pending license application for this antenna to add Galaxy 11 as a point of communication.3 The proposed TT&C operations will be performed using the following frequencies: 14000.5 MHz and 14498.5 MHz in the uplink; and 11701.0 MHz and 11702.0 MHz in the downlink. The proposed operations at 93.1° W.L. will be consistent with Intelsat’s coordination agreements for the location.
