SES-STA-20190702-00881, SES-STA-20190702-00882, and SES-STA-20190702-00883 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) herein supplements its above referenced requests for Special Temporary Authority (“STA”). Specifically, Intelsat is updating the requested commencement date of the STA and the scheduled launch date of Intelsat 39 to July 30, 2019. Intelsat 39 is now expected to be launched no earlier than July 30, 2019. All other information in the above referenced STA requests remains unchanged.
