12. Description. Intelsat License LLC herein requests Special Temporary Authority for 60 days, beginning July 6, 2019 to use its Ellenwood, Georgia Ka-band earth station (call sign E010112) to provide back-up telemetry, tracking, and command services for DirecTV 9S at 101.1 W.L.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
