12. Description. COMSAT, Inc. respectfully requests an extension of Special Temporary Authority effective June 1, 2019 to allow COMSAT to continue to operate its Santa Paula, California Teleport 12.8 Meter Hub Antenna to communicate with the Inmarsat 3F2 Satellite using L-band Frequencies to support Inmarsat testing during westward drift of satellite and for a backup link with the satellite during the deorbiting process.
