12. Description. Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, commencing May 31, 2019, to use its Hagerstown, Maryland C-band earth station (Call Sign E000296) to provide launch and early orbit phase services for the Yamal-601 satellite. Yamal-601 is expected to launch on May 31, 2019.
