12. Description. DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC requests a grant of special temporary authority for 60 days commencing May 22, 2019 to add DIRECTV's T15 (Call Sign S2930) and T16 (Call Sign S3039) satellites as points of communication to the existing authorization for DIRECTV's Los Angeles, California earth station (Call Sign E090068).
