12. Description. SES Americom, Inc. requests special temporary authority for a period of 30 days beginning June 10, 2019 to permit earth station E110104 to communicate with the Dutch-licensed NSS-6 spacecraft in order to provide telemetry, tracking and control during and after drift of the satellite to 86.8 W.L. SES is not seeking U.S. market access for the satellite.
