12. Description. Globecomm requests 60-day STA beginning April 24, 2019 to add six new, 1.2-meter VSAT remote terminal types to its VSAT Earth station license (E000277) and communicate with the AMC-21 satellite (S2676) prior to grant of its application to add the terminal types on a permanent basis.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
