Lockheed Martin Corporation hereby requests extension of its Special Temporary Authority, beginning April 15, 2019, to operate two Prodelin 2.4m temporary−fixed, transmit−only earth stations immediately adjacent to its Carpentersville, New Jersey fixed earth station (Call Sign E7541) to provide telecommand functions during the Electric Orbit Raising (EOR) 13.
