Lockheed Martin Corporation hereby requests extension of its Special Temporary Authority from March 18, 2019, to operate its Carpentersville, New Jersey fixed earth station (Call Sign E7541) to provide telemetry, tracking and control (TT&C) functions during the Electric Orbit Raising (EOR) phase of operation for the HellasSat 4 satellite. 13.
