EchoStar Operating L.L.C. (“EchoStar”) submits the attached copy of an email
notification, dated March 8, 2019, from the UK Space Agency, confirming approval of
the proposed relocation of the EchoStar 23 satellite from 44.9º W.L. to 72. 7º W.L.
nominally. The United Kingdom is the registering administration for EchoStar 23 under
the United Nations Outer Space Treaty.1
