12. Description. Globecomm License Sub LLC requests special temporary authority for 60 days, commencing December 6, 2018, to communicate with the Eutelsat 65 West A satellite using ITU Appendix 30B Ku-band frequencies at 10.7-10.95 GHz and 12.75-13.25 GHz.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
