The licensee was not required to submit authorized gain patterns or off—axis EIRP density levels for NGSO operations on the frequencies being employed; therefore it is the licensee‘s understanding that the remaining certification is not applicable. (vi) Date when earth station became operational: November 28, 2018 (vii) Operational Statement: The station was granted temporary authority for the period of November 19 2018 to November 17, 2019.
