12. Description. SES Americom,Inc(SES) respectfully requests extension of Special Temporary Authority (STA) for a period of 180 days beginning November 14th, 2018 to continue the services operated out of the 9.0m antenna earth station ( Call Sign # E170198) located at Port St. Lucie, FL as the Ext. Ku band license application has been in pending since 9/20/2017.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C. Section 862, because of a conviction for possession or distribution of a controlled substance. See 47 CFR 1.2002(b) for the meaning of "party to the application" for these purposes.
