Supplement To Request For Special Temporary Authority On October 5, 2018, Mainstream Data, Inc. file a Request for Special Temporary Authority to operate Satellite System E920589, whose license had been allowed to inadvertently expire on October 23, 2017. The STA Request erroneously stated that Mainstream Data, Inc. would be filing a late-filed renewal application. However, due to Commission rules, that was impossible. Consequently, Mainstream Data, Inc. filed a new application on Form 312 on October 11, 2018; SES-LIC-INTR2018-07337. This will serve to correct the Request For STA; SES-STA-20181003-02904. Please grant the instant Request for Special Temporary Authority.
