12. Description. Intelsat License LLC requests an expedited grant of Special Temporary Authority for 60 days, commencing September 27, 2018, to use an 11-meter Ku-band VSAT hub antenna at its Hagerstown, Maryland Ku-band earth station to communicate with Galaxy 3C (S2381).
13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
