Description Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, commencing September 25, 2018, to use its Paumalu, Hawaii C—band earth station, call sign KA269, to provide telemetry, tracking, and command during in—orbit testing of Horizons 3e ($2947) at 164.0 E.L and TT&C during the drift of Horizons 3e to its final location of 169.0 E.L. Horizons 3e is expected to be launched on September 18, 2018.
