12. Description. Request for Special Temporary Authority (STA) for use prior to grant of pending earth station license under FCC Submission ID IB2018004848. Technical information for the operation of the earth station is provided in FCC Submission ID IB2018004848 and incorporated by reference here. The STA is requested by September 17, 2018 to meet critical deadlines in acceptance testing prior to initiation of commercial service for client.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
