Description DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC requests special temporary authority for 180 days beginning September 30, 2018 to use its Long Beach, CA earth station (Call Sign E070123) to provide telemetry, tracking, and command services for its SPACEWAY 1 satellite (Call Sign S2191) during the satellite’s drift from its current location at 102.925 W.L. to its newly authorized location at 138.9 W.L. and to maintain the satellite at the 138.9 W.L. orbital location. 5
