SES Americom, Inc. requests special temporary authority for 180 days to operate its earth station (E170089) to provide TT&C services for ASTRA 1H in the Ku—band as it drifts to and operates at 80.8 W.L. SES Americom is not requesting market access for the satellite. Please see attached narrative. 13.
