| 12. Description.
SES Americom, Inc. requests special temporary authority for 180 days to operate its earth station (E170089) to provide TT&C services for ASTRA 1H in the Ku-band as it drifts to and operates at 80.8 W.L. SES Americom is not requesting market access for the satellite. Please see attached narrative.
