Lockheed Martin Corporation hereby requests Special Temporary Authority for a period of 180 days, beginning June 27, 2018, to operate its Carpentersville, New Jersey fixed earth station (Call Sign E7541) to provide telemetry, tracking and control (TT&C) functions during the Electric Orbit Raising (EOR) phase of operation for the SES—12 satellite. 13.
