Dortch Secretary Federal Communications Commission 445 12th Street, SW Washington, DC 20554 Re: Request for Further Extension of Special Temporary Authority Filmore, CA C-band Earth Station KA391 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) herein requests an additional 30 days of Special Temporary Authority (“STA”)1 previously granted Intelsat to continue using its Fillmore, California C-band earth station— call sign KA391—to provide telemetry, tracking, and command (“TT&C”) services2 to Intelsat 805 at its permanent location of 169.0° E.L.3 Intelsat has a pending application to permanently modify its E000296 license to support Intelsat 805 TT&C services at 169.0° E.L.4 The Intelsat 805 TT&C operations will continue to be performed at the following frequencies: 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (CP) in the uplink, and 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.0 MHz, and 3952.5 MHz (RHCP) in the downlink.
