Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, commencing May 18, 2018, to use its Fillmore, California C−band earth station, call sign E4132, to provide launch and early orbit phase services for the GSAT−11 satellite. GSAT− 11 is expected to launch on May 18, 2018. 13.
