Challenges have arisen for the site development of the earth station and coordination with Federal operators remain unresolved, and therefore diminishing its value to Planet Labs. The existing earth station facility has been decommissioned and its associated authorization (E140040) surrendered, and therefore a modification application is no longer necessary.
