Description Intelsat License LLC herein requests an additional 30 days of Special Temporary Authority previously granted Intelsat to, to utilize its new 9.4 meter, Ku—band earth station in Hagerstown, Maryland, call sign E170135, prior to grant of permanent operating authority. The antenna will continue to communicate in the 13.0—13.25 CGHz and 13.75—14.50 GHz bands (Earth—to—space) and 10 .7— 11.95 GHz band (space—to—BEarth) with the U.S.—licensed Intelsat 37e satellite at 18.0 W.L.
