Extension Request Special Temporary Authority NBC Telemundo License LLC hereby requests extension of Special Temporary Authority SES— STA—20180215—00124, granted February 16, 2018 (the "STA"), for use prior to grant of pending license application SES—LIC—20180216—00125, Call sign E180022. As per the original STA: During the STA period, the temporary fixed earth station antenna will operate in Southern Florida with the SES—3 (52892) satellite at the 103° W.L. orbital location in 14.0—14.5 GHz (Farth— to—space) and 11.7—122 GHz (space—to—Earth) frequency bands under the following conditions: 1. Operations shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from, interference caused to it by any other lawfully operating station and it shall cease transmission(s) immediately upon notice of such interference. In the event that there is a report of interference, NBC Telemundo License LLC will immediately terminate transmissions and notify the FCC in writing. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this STA is solely at NBC Telemundo License LLC‘s risk. NBC Telemundo License LLC shall take all reasonable and customary measures to ensure that the earth station does not create a potential for harmful non—ionizing radiation to persons who may be in the vicinitv of the earth station when it is in operation.
