| 12. Description.
Applicant requests permission to use the Ku band transmit/recieve earth station described in SES-LIC-INTR2018-00313 prior to grant. The referenced application seeks to relicense the station previously authorized in E020299 with no changes other than minor corrections to coordinates and elevation. The applicant inadvertently allowed the station authorization to expire on 10 December 2017. This earth station is used on a daily basis to relay program material from noncommercial educational FM station KUNC to its associated stations around Colorado.
