- Intelsat License LLC herein requests an additional 30 days of Special Temporary Authority previously granted Intelsat to utilize a vehicle-mounted 18-inch Rantec Airborne SATCOM terminal to communicate with Intelsat 29e (S2913) while the vehicle is in motion in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida to test a new product. All testing will continue to occur on the ground and will continue to be performed in the frequency bands, 14.0-14.5 GHz and 11.7-12.2 GHz.
