Application: Intelsat License LLC File No.: SES—STA—20180102—00003 Call Sign: E4132 Special Temporary Authority Intelsat License LLC is granted a special temporaryauthority for 30 days, under the following conditions, beginning February 1, 2018, to operate its C—band earthstation, call sign E4132, in Fillmore, California, to provide launch and early orbit phase (LEOP) services for the Indian Regional Navigational Satellite System ("IRNSS") — 11 at 55° E.L. licensed by India, using the following frequencies: 6415.000 MHz and 6423.496 MHz (RHCP) (Earth—to—space) and 4188.768 MHz and 4196.928 MHz (LHCP) (space—to—Earth). IRNSS—11 satellite is expected to be launched on February 1, 2018. 1. All operations must be within the coordinated emission and power limits. 2. The LEOP operations must be coordinated with all operators ofsatellites that use the same frequency bands and are in the LEOP path. All operators of satellites in that path will be provided with an emergency phone number where the licensee can be reached in the event that harmful interference occurs. Currentlythe 24x7 contact information for the IRNSS—11 satellite LEOP mission is as follows: Ph.: (703) 559—7701 —East Coast Operations Center (primary); (310) 525—5591— West Coast Operations Center(back—up). All operations shall be on an unprotected and non—harmfulinterference basis, Intelsat License LLC, E4132, shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by anyother lawfullyoperating station and it shall cease transmission(s) immediately upon notice ofsuch interference. 4. Grant ofthis authorization is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding pending or future Intelsat License LLC applications. 5.
