12. Description. SES Americom requests temporary authority (STA) for 30 days beginning on December 5, 2017, to permit the E000313 earth station to perform TT&C for the AMC-18 satellite during its relocation from 104.95 deg W.L. to 139 deg W.L.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
