File No.: SES—STA—20171121—01271 Call Sign: E120055 Special Temporary Authority SES Americom, Inc. is granted a special temporaryauthority under the following conditions, for 30 days, beginning December 05, 2017, to permitits C—band earthstation (E120055) located in Mount Airy, Maryland to performtelemetry, tracking and command (TT&C) for the AMC—18 (S2713) satellite during its relocation from 104.95 deg. W.L. to 139 deg. W.L. and once the satellite arrives on—station at 139 deg. W.L., using the following frequency bands: 3700.50 MHz and 4199.50 MHz (space—to—Earth) and 6423.50 (Earth—to—space). At this location, AMC—18 ($2713) satellite will be replaced bythe C—band payload of the SES—11 ($2964) satellite, which was launched on October 11, 2017. 1. All operations must be within the coordinated emission and power limits. 2. During the drift to the satellite‘s permanent orbital location 104.95° W.L., SES Americom, Inc., will coordinate with operators of co—frequencysatellites in the drift path. 3. In the event of any harmful interference under this grant of special temporaryauthority, SES Americon, Inc.‘s E120055, must cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference and must inform the Commission, in writing, immediately of such an event. 6.
