Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 180 days, commencing January 23, 2018, to use its Riverside, California Ku−band earth station, call sign E060384, to provide launch and early orbit phase services for the SES−14 satellite. SES−14 is expected to be launched on January 23, 2018. 13.
