File No.: SES—STA—20171117—01260 Call Sign: None Special Temporary Authority SES Americom, Inc. is granted a special temporaryauthority, under the following conditions, for 30 days, beginning December 1, 2017, to operate thirteen 1.2 meter VSAT antennas located in various locations in the Contiguous United States and Hawaii to communicate with SES—1 (§2807) at 101° W.L., SES—3 ($2892) at 103° W.L. and SES—15 ($2951) at 129.15° W.L. satellites using the following frequency bands: 10.70—10.95 GHz, 10.95—11.20 GHz, 11.20—11.45 GHz and 11.45—11.70 GHz (space—to—Earth) and 14.00—14.50 GHz (Earth—to—space). During the initial operations of the VSAT terminals with SES—1 and SES—3 satellites, the gateway earth stationsis located in Woodbine, MD (Call Signs E920698 and E140059). And during the testing with SES—15, the gatewayearth stations is located in Brewster, WA (Call Sign E160015); Woodbine, MD (Call Sign E160021); and Somis, CA (Call Sign E160022). 1. Operations under this authority are on a non—protected basis only. 4. In the event of any harmfulinterference under this grant of special temporary authority, SES Americom, Inc., must cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference, and must inform the Commission, in writing, immediately of such an event. 5. Anyaction taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuantto this special temporary authorityis solely ‘at SES Americom, Inc.‘s risk. 6.
