Application: AT&T, Corp File No.: SES—STA—20171113—01244 Call Sign: None Special TemporaryAuthority AT&T, Corp is granted a special temporaryauthority for 30 days, beginning November15, 2017, to operate a network of temporary fixed earth stations in the conventional C—band in Puerto Rico. Mote specifically, AT&T seeks authority to operate on a temporarybasis, two 4.5 meter hub earth station antennas located in San Juan, PR and five 2.4 meter remote earth station antennas to be located at Asomante, PR, at Belz, PR, at Humacao, PR, at Morovis, PR and at San Sebastian, PR. The antennas will communicate with the Eutelsat 113 West A satellite at 113° W.L. and the Eutelsat 117 West A satellite at 116.8° W.L., licensed by Mexico, using the following frequency bands: 5925—6425 MHz (Earth—to—space) and 3700—4200 MHz (space—to— Earth), subjectto the following conditions: 1. All operations under this grant of STA shall be on an unprotected and noninterference basis and AT&T, Corp is obliged to comply with the applicable laws, regulations, rules, and licensing procedures ofthat country. 2. All operators of satellites will be provided with an emergency phone number where the licensee can be reached in the event that harmful interference occurs; Currently the 24x7 contact information for Eutelsat 113 West A and Eutelsat 117 West A mission is as follows: Ph.: (907) 341—9178 and (907) 441—7113. Request to speak with Scott Wood or Marshall Ellis. 3. AT&T, Corp will maintainfull operational control with Eutelsat 113 West A and Eutelsat 117 West A at all times. 4. In the event of any harmfulinterference as a result of operations under this grant of STA, AT&T, Corp shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference and shall immediately inform the Commission,in writing, of such an event. 5. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this STA is solely at AT&T, Corp. 6. Grant of this authorization is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding pending or future AT&T, Corp applications. 7.
