SES Americom, Inc. requests special temporary authority (STA) to operate antenna E170138 to provide TT&C during in−orbit testing of SES−15 (call sign S2951) at 137 W.L. and during drift to 129.15 W.L. SES requests authority for 30 days beginning on November 19, 2017. See attached narrative. 13.
