All operations must be withinthe coordinated emission and power limits. 2. During the drift to the satellite‘s permanent orbital location 104.95° W.L., SES Americom, Inc., will coordinate with operators of co—frequency satellitesin the drift path. 3. All operators ofsatellites will be provided with an emergency phone number where the licensee can be reached in the event that harmful interference occurs, Currently the 24x7 contact information for the SES—11 missionis as follows: Ph.: (805) 386—2710 — South Mountain Earth Station. Request to speak with Mr. Dave Coyle, Manager: dave.coyle@ses.com. 4. All operations under this grant of special temporaryauthority shall be on an unprotected and non—harmful interference basis. SES Americon, Inc.‘s KB27, shall not cause harmfulinterference to, and shall not claim protection frominterference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating radio communication system. 5. In the event of any harmfulinterference under this grant of special temporary authority, SES Americon, Inc.‘s KB27, must cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference and must inform the Commission, in writing, immediatelyof such an event. 6. Grant of this authorization is without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding pending or future SES Americon, Inc. applications. 7. Anyaction taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this special temporary authorityis solely at SES Americon, Inc.‘s risk. 8.
