BFI Licenses, LLC FCC Form 312STA September 2017 REQUEST FOR SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY BFI Licenses, LLC ("BFI"), pursuant to Section 25.120(b)(3) of the Commission‘s Rules, hereby requests Special Temporary Authority for a period of up to sixty (60) days, commencing as of September 3, 2017, to permit continued operation of its Stamford, Connecticut fixed satellite earth station licensed under Call Sign E4730 (the "License") pending processing and . final action on its petition for reinstatement and renewal filed contemporaneously with this request. As explained in that application, BFI did not file a timely renewal application for the License, but has submitted within ten days of expiration a fully supported petition for reinstatement and renewal pursuant to Section 25.163(a) of the Commission‘s Rules. Accordingly, there is good cause for grant of the temporary relief requested here.
