HearstP ropertiesIncm usttakeallreasonableandcustom ary m easurestoensurethattheearth station(s)do(es)notcreateapotentialforharm fulnon-ionizingradiationtopersonsw hom ay beinthe vicinity oftheearthstationw henitisinoperation.Atam inim um ,perm anentw arninglabelsshallbe fixed totheearthstationand itshousingw arningoftheradiationhazard and includingadiagram show ingtheregionsaround theearthstationw hereradiationlevelscould exceed 1.0m W /cm ².T he earthstationoperatorshallberesponsibleforassuringthatindividualsdonotstray intotheregions around theearthstationw herethereisapotentialforexceedingthem axim um perm issibleexposure lim itsrequired by 47 C.F.R .§ 1.1310. 5.
