Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, commencing September 27, 2017, to use its Castle Rock, Colorado Ku−band earth station, call sign KL92, to provide launch and early orbit phase services for the SES−11 satellite. SES−11 is expected to be launched no earlier than September 27, 2017. 13.
