SES Americom, Inc. requests authority to being operating its new Ku-band antenna, described in file number SES-LIC-20170726-00806, on September 19, 2017, to support early orbit raising of the SES-15 satellite (call sign S2951). Grant of this request is in the public interest because it will support the safe transfer of SES-15 to its test orbital location.
