Intelsat has a pending application to permanently modify its E000296 license to support Intelsat 35e TT&C services at 34.5° w.L} The proposed operations will be performed at the following center frequencies: 4197.75 MHz, 4198.25 MHz, 4198.75 MHz, and 4199.25 MHz (space—to—Earth); and 5853.0 MHz and 6424.5 MHz (Earth—to— space). In further support of this request, Intelsat incorporates its pending modification application," which includes technical information that demonstrates that the operation of the earth station will be compatible with its electromagnetic environment and will not cause harmful interference into any lawfully operating terrestrial facility.
