Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Request for Further Extension of Special Temporary Authority 2.Am Ku—band Antenna, Hagerstown, Maryland Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein requests an additional 60 days of Special Temporary Authority ("STA")‘ previously granted Intelsat to utilize a 2.4m Ku—band antenna located at its Hagerstown, Maryland teleport to provide communications with Intelsat 29e ($2913) in order to test customer equipment.2 Intelsat has filed an application to permanent license this antenna." Intelsat will continue performing operations in the following frequency bands: 10.70 — 12.75 GHz and 14.00 — 14.50 GHz. In further support of this extension request, Intelsat incorporates by reference Exhibit A, a radiation hazard analysis report, submitted with its original STA request. Grant of this STA extension request will allow Intelsat to successfully complete testing of customer equipment.
