Lockheed Martin Corporation hereby requests Special Temporary Authority for a period of 180 days, beginning June 22, 2017, to operate its Carpentersville, New Jersey fixed earth station (Call Sign E7541) to provide telemetry, tracking and control (TT&C) functions during the Electric Orbit Raising (EOR) phase of operation for the SES-15 satellite. Specifically, Lockheed Martin seeks authority to transmit to SES-15 on the 13999.0 MHz frequency.
