Intelsat License LLC herein requests an additional 30 days of Special Temporary Authority previously granted Intelsat to use its Fillmore, California C−band earth station, call sign E4132, to provide launch and early orbit phase services for the GSAT−9 satellite. GSAT−9 is now expected to be launched on May 5, 2017. The LEOP period is expected to last 13.
