All operations under this grant of special temporaryauthorityshall be on an unprotected and non—harmfulinterference basis. SES Americom, Inc., shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not elaim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating radio communication system. 2. In the event ofany harmful interference as a result ofoperations under this grant SES Americom, Inc. shall cease operations immediately upon notification of suchinterference and shall immediatelyinform the Commission, in writing, ofsuch an event. 3. Grant of this special temporary authorityis without prejudice to any determination that the Commission may make regarding pending or future SES Americom, Inc. applications. 4.
