Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Request for Special Temporary Authority File No. SES—STA—20170322—00330 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein supplements its above referenced request for Special Temporary Authority ("STA"). Specifically, Intelsat is updating the record to reflect a new commencement and new launch date. Accordingly, the first paragraph should now read: Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority ("STA") for 30 days, commencing April 15, 2017, to utilize a 9.2m Ka—band antenna located at its Riverside, California teleport to provide launch and early orbit phase ("LEOP") services for the EchoStar—21 satellite. EchoStar—21 is expected to be launched no earlier than April 15, 2017. The LEOP period is expected to last approximately 10 days.
