12. Description. RR Media, Inc. requests to extend the Special Temporary Authority granted under file number SES-STA-20161228-00974 for an additional 60 days while the underlying application (file number SES-LIC-20170201-00109) is processed by the Commission. The public notice period for the underlying application will end on March 24, 2017 and the current STA will expire on March 27, 2017.

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
