SES Americom, Inc. requests Special Temporary Authority for 30 days to perform in−orbit testing for SES−10 at 68.5 W.L. and to provide TT&C during testing and while the satellite drifts to its operational orbital location using a new antenna constructed at SES Americom’s South Mountain, CA teleport. 13.
